One Love Foundation Workshop – Boys and Girls Teams

May 8 was a special evening working with our @tpgirlslax team participating in our annual @join1love workshop. One Love Foundation is a national non-profit organization with the goal of ending relationship abuse. These workshops empower young people with the tools and resources they need to see the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and bring life-saving prevention education to their communities. Thank you to @philbotkiss for leading the charge, to all our volunteer facilitators, and to coach @kswagdoucette for sharing her personal story and connection👊 @uvawomenslax

About One Love
When Yeardley Love died, she was three weeks shy of graduating from the University of Virginia. She was her mother’s pride and joy, her sister’s best friend, and the heart and soul of the UVA lacrosse team. Her many friends say that to know her was to love her. Ironically, her life was ended by someone who claimed he did.
